Frequently Asked Questions

The Copper Button offers flat rate shipping at $8 for standard or $15 for express within the United States. Orders $150 or over will ship free. At this time we are not offering international shipping.

Orders normally take 1-2 business days for us to fulfill. Once shipped, your package may take 3-5 days to reach you depending on where you are located. you will receive email updates when an order has shipped and can track it after checkout via SHOP.

We accept returns on items that are still in the same exact condition as it was purchased in. We will not accept wound skeins of yarn (even if we wound it for you at your request). We also don't accept returns of cut fabric. If your purchase is eligible to be returned, we will accept it within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping.

Your order must be canceled before it has shipped. Once shipped, you cannot cancel it. If you would like to cancel an order, please send us an email as soon as you can at owner@thecopperbutton.com or call or text 715-222-3976

We sell fabric by the 1/2 yard. This means that if you order a quantity of 1 of a fabric, you will receive half a yard. If you order more than half a yard of the same fabric, your order will be cut continuously when possible. 

We do our best to pick yarn from the same dye lots, however if we do not have enough from the same dye lot, and the yarns look different enough, we will contact you with a photo and let you decide.

Yes we can wind yarn for you for a fee of $1.00 per hank. However, once this is wound for you, you will not be able to cancel or return your order. Add yarn winding to your order here.
